CAPAL organizes regular professional development programming throughout the year in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Events are open to professionals from all sectors who have an interest in public service and/or the Asian Pacific American community. These events generally occur on a monthly basis and include networking mixers, speaker panels, and roundtable discussions.

CAPAL hosts an annual Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Career Fair each summer. The AANHPI Career Fair is a unique opportunity to match AANHPI students and young professionals with top employers in the Washington, DC area. AANHPI Roundtable Series
The AANHPI Roundtable Series provides an opportunity for students and young professionals in Washington, DC to learn from public service leaders in our community in an intimate and conversational setting.
