What are some of your big projects?\u00a0(this can include projects at your internship, your specific CAP project, etc)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I work at the U.S. Department of State in the Secretary\u2019s Office of Global Women\u2019s Issues (S\/GWI). Throughout my internship, I work closely with the Gender-Based Violence and Cross-Cutting Issues (GBV-CC) team. What sparked your interest or desire to get involved with public service?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Public service is my way of serving the village that has raised me to become the powerful woman that I am today. Across the federal government, there is a significant lack of diversity that reflects in our policy, both domestic and foreign.
