Born and raised in his native island of Guam, he works to advocate for his community in the national level at any opportunity he can. After his first opportunity in DC two years ago as a CAPAL summer intern, he had returned last fall to advocate for the AANHPI community and issues of Guam through participating in Asian Americans Advancing Justice’s Youth Leadership Summit. He is currently in the cohort of Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) summer congressional interns, where he is placed at the office of Congresswoman Aumua Amata of American Samoa. Here, he works to have the voice of the territories heard in order to be included in important federal policies. Back home, he works as a Policy Analyst under Senator Clynt Ridgell of the 35th Guam Legislature, where he works to assist in drafting policies to create a more sustainable and prosperous island for people across all different communities.

Support for this Roundtable session is sponsored by the US Central Intelligence Agency

Register

All seats have been taken for this event.
