November marks the launch of CAPAL’s fourth annual Giving Tuesday fundraising campaign. Giving Tuesday is an annual global giving campaign powered by social media and celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.). Giving Tuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

This year, our Giving Tuesday theme #CAPAL4GENERATIONS reflects our ongoing commitment to creating access and opportunities for young AANHPI in careers in government and public service. We hope you join us for our finale fundraising event, the 2017 Giving Tuesday Pie Smash Happy Hour to help us reach our donation goal of $10,000 for the entire campaign and $2,000 goal for the Pie Smash Happy Hour. For every $100 we raise that evening, we will smash a pie in someone’s face. For the first time ever, we will also be accepting remote donations over the course of the event.
