Join us as we celebrate the end of another successful summer of CAPAL events and meet the current Board to learn what opportunities there are for you to volunteer and contribute to CAPAL including how you can join the Board of Directors! Broaden your skills and work with a highly motivated team of young professionals interested in building leadership and public policy knowledge among the AANHPI community. You will have the opportunity to lead teams and fundraise to execute exciting programming that will educate and inspire the next generation of AANHPI leaders.

CAPAL happy hours serve as a regular opportunity for young professionals to network in the Washington, DC metro area. Each happy hour is themed and highlights ongoing CAPAL programs and campaigns.
The Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership (CAPAL) seeks to empower Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) youth by increasing access to public service opportunities and building a strong AANHPI public service pipeline. We envisions a future with equitable AANHPI representation throughout all levels of government and public service.
